Cancellation & rescheduling
To ensure fair treatment for all clients, you are kindly requested to give a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the appointment price will be applicable for late cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate changes when possible. However, this policy helps me to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.
eGift Card Terms
These terms & conditions refer to eGift Cards bought in person or ordered on the dedicated square order page for Massage Therapy MH. Please note that these terms & conditions do not apply for any Gift Certificates or Gift Vouchers you might have. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
